Skip Miller was born and raised in a rural town outside Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Even as a young child, Skip recalls being greatly affected by how historic properties and precious farmland were being rapidly replaced by tract home "McMansions" and strip mall shopping centers. Ever since, he has sought to find a better way of building and developing real estate. Drawing on over 10 years of experience in the design and construction industry Skip is fulfilling this life-long pursuit. By specializing in residential construction methods that integrate green building, sustainable and smart-growth development strategies into the process, his mission is to save and preserve historic buildings and landscapes, while providing high quality, healthy, and energy-efficient communities for generations to come. Skip Miller is a licensed contractor in Massachusetts and Rhode Island and a LEED Accredited Professional. He currently lives in Wayland, MA and is in the process of preserving and converting two historic barns in Stonington, CT.
